Vintage Vanity Jar Set Art Deco Powder Jars 1940s Guilloche Celluloid & Glass Trinket HoldersThis is a lovely set of two Art Deco celluloid and glass powder boxes or jars. The screw on lids are a gorgeous butter yellow Art Deco guilloche pattern in celluloid with brass trim, and the bottom has a lovely vertical linear ribbed style pattern. They measures approximately 2 1 4 inches in diameter and are approximately 1 1 2 inches in height. There are no chips or cracks to the jars. only slight age darkening to the gold tone trim. They would make

with a black elastic band to hold the cigarettes or business cards in place

The handle houses the lipstick case

It is hallmarked "Made In England" on the bottom

and is a wonderful vanity accessory

Both pieces are in very good to excellent vintage condition

The lid is approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter
