Gonzalez-Byass, Tio Pepe Una PalmaThe wine for Una Palma was selected from rare casks which retained a delicate covering of flor despite being more than six years old. Bottled unfiltered and unclarified this wine is dominated by the aroma of the flor, accompanied by the nutty character of the Palomino variety. Powerful and extremely dry on the mouth with a salty and slightly bitter finish. A lesser known detail All of the Palmas series, but the Cuatro Palmas, are Fino sherry. Although
