80’s Full Skirt Plaid Shirtwaist Dress by J C FashionsHigh neckline is trimmed in black piping which runs down the button front. Buttons and loops create the closing with 3 4 length cuffed puffed sleeves. Waist is elastic with an unattached wide sash belt. Skirt is semi full. Fabric is a polyester cotton blend in a black, pink and yellow plaid. Excellent condition with no issues. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear.
