The muslin looks really old and everything seems hand stitched and hand woven Features: Belt (fair condition parts of it are unraveling), open Condition: I think this is more of a collector's piece or photo op. The tip of the one heel has a scuff mark
which can either be replaced by new matching button or taken from the bottom of skirt
