Peplum flare is made of a satiny black fabric. Has shoulder pads and a black bow detail to hide the snap closure. Several sequin strings are unraveling slightly. Has some sun damage on the inner lining and on the right side of the peplum flare. Best on a L or M. Measurements Bust: 40 in Waist: 30 in Length: 20. 5 in Shoulder: 18. 5 in
