No fabric tag really feels like silk but I believe its rayon. Two piece set includes skirt & blouse. Skirt has a high waist, A line silhouette, and size zipper & button closure. Lined. Blouse has a relaxed tailored fit, wide collar, puffed shoulders, fantastic puffed bishop sleeves with wide buttoned
and gold colors
