Ronchi di Cialla "Ri-Nera" Schioppettino

Ronchi di Cialla "Ri-Nera" SchioppettinoOne of italy's most curious grapes, Schioppettino (the "little gunshot") is a burst of succulent red fruit and freshly cracked black pepper. Bright acidity and fine tannins make this a very juicy, gulpable wine. Ronchi di Cialla is the winery that rescued this variety form the brink of extinction and they continue to produce Italy's best Schioppettino.
