Araku SignatureAccording to our friends at Araku: Araku Signature is 100% Arabica harvested from coffee terroirs shaded by pepper entwined silver oak trees and nurtured by well aerated rocky soils. The terroir is characterised by lots of rocks, and a high percentage of silver oak trees. The discerning palate should pick up notes of green pepper, cherry and dark chocolate, leading to a long and clean aftertaste which remains sweet and fresh with a bold finish.
