Bring end of the Magic wand close to the base of your light fixture and it will turn on. To insert battery unscrew the base from your light fixture, place battery with + down. Positive side of the battery will show through the hole in bottom of base. How to attach to Ceiling: Remove Ceiling Plate and small screw from package. Peal double
