Lot 027 - Pair of Antique Figural Bookends with Butterfly-Winged Child Seated Against Book-Form Back, 6-1/4" H eachPair of antique figural bookends, each depicting a seated butterfly winged child holding a small book, positioned against a book form back panel. The backs are molded to simulate a bound book with a textured spine. The bases feature molded foliate and naturalistic ground details. The bookends have a dark finish throughout. The undersides show felt pads with oxidation and wear. Surface scratches and light scuffs are present on both bookends.
