It's very hard to find Wm Mills reels like this. This highly sought after brass pin caged reel has an early fixed caliper check, which is nicely blued and adequately strong. Correct original and un filed smooth brass foot. No line grooves. No cracks. The original ivorine handle spins freely. Nice tight reel with very strong and loud
The rod weighs 3 7/8 oz and is marked 4 oz
