Tulip 'Heart's Delight'Carmine red edged with rosy white, inside pale rose, golden base. They make the most striking picture with their broad heavily marked dark leaves. Plant bulbs in well dug soil about 8 10cm deep and approx 15cm apart. It is often beneficial to use a little bonemeal or super phosphate mixed in with the soil. Tulips delight during their growth in a sunny location. After the tulips have bloomed and when leaves fade and turn brown the bulbs can be lifted,

and can easily be moved inside in the colder winter months

including Verticillium wilt

Please note that young trees often don't have a weeping shape

'Purpurea Pendula' works fabulously as a feature tree in smaller gardens

but can also be grown in pots or containers provided they are not given any heat

'Tirza' is a biblical name meaning 'delight' and we don't think this cauliflower variety could be any better named
