"The Frank" Tool Roll with toolsWhen I made the first "The Frank" Tool Rolls I thought it would be great to sell them with a selection of tools as well as empty. As a small independent retailer sourcing quality hand tools isn't easy. For awhile we had a good supply of King Dick spanners but we have recently switched to supply tools by the Swedish company Bahco, who still manufacture in their own factories across Europe. They are also owned by the same parent company as Snap On.
