20th Century African carved Gourd bowl - No 2This is one of three 20th century African carved Gourd bowls we have in stock. The geometric patterns and colours make these hugely decorative. These bowls are a large size also meaning you can use them as a fruit bowl or just leave them as decorative pieces in a room. The texture and patterns are all different and work well on their own or together. This example is: Height 24cm Diameter 43cm

The colour

Great overall condition and an even colour that looks beautiful and will sit well in a huge number of interiors

The shape is reminiscent of the Howard and sons Bridgewater style sofas which is a class design that will stand the test of time

This is a very stylish Napoleon III fishtail armchair with buttoned details

The size and colour way makes it very decorative and because the square's are not straight lines it does have a softer look
