Dingley Fly Reel 3 1/2" - JJS Walker BamptonFor sale here is a nice example of a Dingley 3 1 2" fly reel made for Walker Bampton. A solid narrow drum fly reel with no issues other than some slight spindle play that does not affect its fishing ability. Fixed check in great condition. No wobble. Original ivorine handle which spins freely. Stamped 1 throughout. A large majority of original leading remains. No line wear on pillars.

The cap bears the Payne trademark stamp as well as the “Sold by Abercrombie & Fitch New York” stamp dating it to pre-1963 (the first Payne Parabolic rods were made in 1936)
