The molded figure depicts a grinning pumpkin face with black painted arched eyebrows, cut out eyes and nostrils, and an open mouth. The body has molded pumpkin ridges with orange paint transitioning to green at the base. The interior contains an original paper face insert with printed concentric bullseye eye designs in blue, yellow, and red, and a striped red and yellow teeth pattern visible
