Original ribbed brass foot that shows slight filing on the upper side of both ends of the foot. Two engageable pawls. The tensioner functions perfectly throughout its range. The ebonite handle spins freely as it should. Overall a very nice reel that needs to get back on the water!

The blanks are made in New Zealand of Uni-directional s-glass

The tube is a beautiful darkly tanned leather tube with a wooden cap and brass accents

The screws also remain in excellent condition

This series was ironically cheaper than the more well-known Signature Series with most of the savings made in the matte finish and simplified drag knob
