Birthday Bear is yellow with a cupcake on her tummy and wears a pink party hat. She's holding something in her hand. This would make a great cake topper! There's a tiny paint rub on the item she's holding in her hand, but the figurine is otherwise in excellent condition. She has a hole in the bottom and the back is marked "AGC 1983."
