This piece, "Waves of Shame", is my response to hearing about those were were saved, those who received aid, those shot on the bridge trying to escape, the aftermath, years later, of communities that are wastelands until developers
"Black and Beautiful" and "For Your Love" are two pieces that were made to hang together
It measures 24" x 30"
Created in 1994 for the University of Cincinnati
Since "He Ain't Heavy" is one of my most well known works of art
and I liked the animation of her hands when she was speaking to the kids
