Dingley Fly Reel 3" - Perfect StyleFor sale here is a gorgeous old Dingley made Perfect from the early 1920's. This 3 inch reel, the "Lennox" model, is a super tight, very fishable reel and appears in the "D is for Dingley" book on page 98. It has the not often seen caliper check and no ball bearings (a "eunuch" model). It comes with a strap over tensioner (another feature hard to find on Dingley reels). which works perfectly, gradually increasing the spring tension throughout its

For sale here is an impregnated Orvis "Wes Jordan" 8' 2/3 5-6wt bamboo rod marked as 4 3/8 oz
This creel is in excellent original condition
some brassing of oxidation and some bag imprint
The tip sections are differentiated by one and two bands of burgundy at tip-tops
Reel diameter is 62mm or 2
The ferrules are size 19/64 and the ferrule fit on both tips is perfect
The box remains in excellent used condition
Original reel bag and zippered case
The box is in excellent condition with only light wear
and spare spool with box and case
