Signed and Dated Peter Helk "Auto Art" Exhibition Poster (1979)"Auto Art" Exhibition Poster produced for the inaugural 1979 auto art exhibition held at the Interlaken Inn in Lakeville, Connecticut, a fitting venue located near the storied Lime Rock Park race track. Helk was a well known American illustrator and artist who specialized in depicting vintage race cars. He was a frequent visitor to my Father's gallery and frame shop in the 1970's and inscribed a copy of his book, "Great Auto Races" to him. Note:
