He's a purple raccoon with a yellow heart shaped lightbulb on his tummy. He has poseable arms and legs and has a purple curl of hair at the top of his head. Bright Heart Raccoon has some paint rubbed off his nose, but is otherwise in good vintage condition. The back of his leg is marked "AGC 85 Hong Kong."
