If CVD gases are considered to be corrosive to stainless steel, we highly recommend you use a PTFE flange assembly: Configuration of Left Flange: Polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) made flange interior (only the flange interior will expose to the reaction chamber); Polyfluortetraethylene (PTFE) needle valve with 1 4" tube fitting; High profile
