Cards were printed on 110lb 100% recycled paper. Cards feature a reproduction of artwork originally done by hand in pen and watercolor by Capitol Hill artist, Erin Malick Thompson, who used to live in this building!

The drawing is inspired by a row of homes on 13th Street
