Half Boneless Wiltshire HamCrafted from high quality outdoor bred British pork, this ham is prepared using the traditional Wiltshire method. Whole British pork legs are immersed in our own recipe brine for almost a week, then matured for a further week to develop its subtle, balanced flavour and moist texture. The result is a succulent ham, with a moist texture and beautiful mild flavour. Boneless for convenience and fully cooked for ease, it can be enjoyed hot or cold.
