1970's Fresher Japan "Personal Bass" Precision Bass (Sunburst)

1970's Fresher Japan "Personal Bass" Precision Bass (Sunburst)Fresher guitars were built in the famous Matsumoto region of Japan throughout the 1970's and 1980's and were sold by Kyowa (responsible for importing Charvel, Jackson, Takamine etc). This is a 1970's build Precision Bass in a 1950's style with a three tone sunburst, slim maple neck and a 20 fret maple fingerboard (41mm nut width), weighs just over 5kg's. Good vintage condition with basic signs of wear as pictured. Has a modified pickguard as pictured

Frets are shiny and play well with some pitting but have life left

Many of these basses utilized and ash/maple body and neck combination

the JB600N was the higher Greco JB model that aimed at replicating Fender's 70's Jazz Bass

it's constructed with a mahogany body and two mahogany necks with bound rosewood fingerboards
