1989 Fender Japan ST54-900 '54 Reissue Stratocaster w/USA Pickups (Black Nitro)Made by the Fujigen factory in 1989, this is a players grade example of the very high end ST54 900 '54 reissue model from Fender Japan. Lacquer black finish on an alder body, one piece maple neck with a soft V '54 profile (43mm nut width, 7. 25" radius), it weighs 3. 4kg's. Loaded with the original CTS pots, USA 3 way pickup selector and three ST VINTAGE Fender USA made single coils, this one looks to have an aftermarket bridge saddles. Plenty of wear

Electronics are a little touchy (like most guitars with onboard amps) but they work as they should

the CB-2V (known as the Banjitar because of it's shape) is a quirky little hollowbody with loads of character

Original Maxon Screamin' humbuckers with the original switch and wiring along with the original Greco branded tuners

They have some slight marking/surface blemishes from being stored and moved but nothing major

Mahogany body bolted to a slim 60's style mahogany neck and a faded rosewood fingerboard

These Gotoh branded humbuckers appear to be from the 1990s and were likely custom ordered by Tokai for a project/limited run guitar as they're uncovered but have a mirror finish on the coils as pictured
