1984 Tokai Japan TSG50 '76 Reissue SG (The Fool)Made in Japan in 1984, the TSG50 was Tokai's reissue of the Norlin era '76 Gibson SG design. The previous owner went to town with some hobby supplies to create their version of "The Fool", but it appears easily removeable if you're so inclined. Faded white finish on a mahogany body with a medium profile mahogany neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (10" radius), it weighs 3kg's. Loaded with the original Tokai PAF '57 humbuckers and Japanese hardware

Given a full professional setup (11-52's in C standard) recently so it's ready to go

Poplar body with a neckthrough maple construction and 24 fret bound rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length)

Has a minor repair around the fretboard as pictured that is smooth to the touch and rock solid

Frets are shiny and play well with a fully adjustable truss and a straight neck

Loaded with the original factory loaded Dimarzio PAF humbuckers in the neck position and an aftermarket Dimarzio DP151 PAF Pro in the bridge

Clean overall condition for it's age with basic wear and tear as shown from general use

There's a small crack along the back near the E tuner screw hole that's been professionally repaired and reglued prior to listing so it's rock solid and purely cosmetic

Pots are scratchy when turned but are functional as is

The three-way selector was changed to an extra pot by the previous owner so we reverted it back but there's a small hole remaining

a trap-eze style tailpiece and tune-o-matic bridge along with Greco stamped tuners
