It is designed as a heatable sample holder with optional Max. 800C and Max. 1000C for DIY a sputtering or Evaporation coater at a lower cost. SPECIFICATIONS: Heating Element & Input Power Optional for two Kinds of heating elements ( pls choose from product options bar ) FeCrAl Resistance wire: Max. 800C < 8hrs @ 400W (Air, vacuum or inert gas) Mo resistance wire: Max. 1000C
