Russian Gas Mask Unissued - No FilterThe ShM 62 or more commonly known as the 'GP 5' due to its counterpart filter being produced in the millions from 1962 until 1990. The mask was produced primarily for the Cold War and intended for use with the civilian population. Unlike modern masks with adjustable straps, these are made from a soft rubber that stretches to fit over your head and make a snug seal.
