Kilchoman 7 Year Old PX Sherry Finish CaskEstablished in 2005, Kilchoman is true to the Islays rich farm distilling heritage, using local peat cut in the traditional way, slowly distilling by hand, maturing in traditional dunnage warehouses and bottling on site without colouring or chill filtration. A seven year old single cask from Kilchoman that was finished in a Pedro Ximnez sherry cask
and a gentle hint of spice
