19th Century French Jeweled Portrait Cigarette Case Extremely Rare Cigarette BoxThis is an extremely rare 19th Century French cigarette case or box in excellent condition. It is adorned with blue stones, a central mother of pearl medallion with a beautiful hand painted portrait that is surrounded by gold and enamel accents. It has wonderful gold ormolu accents, as well as enamel touches of blue and green. All the side edges have a lovely textured repousse; and the box opens and closes as it should, with a good tight closure. It

The only issue is some very faint haze on the interior mirror
It comes complete with the original double lipsticks
