Reground InsolesZen Reground Insoles are thin, flat, minimalist insoles for barefoot shoes. They are a default in all Zen Barefoot shoes (thickness may vary based on model.) Providing just the right amount of cushioning for your feet, while maintaining ground feel and proprioception. All our shoes have removable and replaceable insoles. Two variants available 3mm and 4mm.
