Mother Of Pearl Cigarette Box Mid Century Gold Case Excellent ConditionThis is a lovely vintage 1950's mother of pearl and gold tone cigarette case or box in excellent condition. It would also make a great trinket or pill box. It's has no chips or cracks to the mother of pearl, and the combination shiny and brushed gold tone finish is also in wonderful condition, with no rust, dents or corrosion. Any strange marks are reflections, not damage. Only very minor scuffs on the bottom, as seen in the last photo. The interior

The powder jar opens to a nice mirror in the lid and the original powder puff and powder plate

with a purple vintage button and a lizard charm attached to the center of the lid

which aren't very visible when displayed

as it has a metal frame that can be removed to replace with a new mirror

and is full of the original fragrant powder

with only slight age wear

This is a cast iron ice cream churn coin bank that is in excellent condition and comes with the original key

and appears to not have been used very much

The bottom of the compact is hallmarked "Bourjois Evening In Paris"

with no visible hallmarks as to metal content or the maker

The piece is in excellent condition with only one very tiny rhinestone missing from the clasp

Both sides of the mirror are in excellent useable condition
