1970s Chromed-Steel and Glass Coffee Table by Unknown Designer, possibly attributed to Werner Linder for Bacher or Roger Sprunger for DunbarThis is a sculptural coffee table, manufactured circa 1970s. It features a heavy chromed steel base and retains its original glass top. The upswept U shaped base can be inverted to create a different look if so desired. The piece appears very similar to works by Roger Sprunger for Dunbar and also Werner Linder for Bacher. The exact designer and manufacturer is unknown at this time. The coffee table has a diameter of 40 inches and is 16. 5 inches tall.
The cone chair is one of Panton's most iconic
the stools are in very good condition
The bases have a brushed nickel finish
This example was made from solid cherry and features an inlayed tile/stone detail on the top
